“Her Wonder was inspired by my daughter’s sense of awe and wonder in this world. She has been this way from the beginning and I’ve always been inspired by her curiousity! We had such a beautiful evening last summer- for her birthday she wanted to go to the local zoo for their annual lantern festival. The festival took place at night, and was a tour through the zoo- walking down a long, guided path at gigantic installations of giant sculptures and lanterns. The night was magical and it was so fun to watch her in her state of wonder- glowing and looking up at these massive glowing flower sculptures.” -Sara
This original painting is part of a 63-painting collection created for Sara’s current solo exhibition In Our Wildest Dreams at Western Michigan University.
The painting is signed, ready to hang with a wire on the back, and includes a certificate of authenticity signed by Sara.
