“True Bloom is was created after I had a vision of mounting a mirror onto a wooden panel and incorporating the mirror into a painting. I love the metaphors that come with mirrors. What happens as a result of reflection? After spending the past couple years doing a deep dive into my inner world I wanted to make a painting that speaks to that. Looking within, doing the hard inner-work and reaping the benefits with a new, beautiful harvest.” -Sara
This original painting is part of a 63-painting collection created for Sara’s current solo exhibition In Our Wildest Dreams at Western Michigan University.
The painting is signed, ready to hang with a wire on the back, and includes a certificate of authenticity signed by Sara.
